At Ellamore Swim, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality swimwear and a seamless shopping experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ve outlined our Returns & Exchanges Policy below to help make the process as simple as possible.


Return & Exchange Conditions

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Hygiene liners and tags must be intact

  • Sets must be returned together

  • Sale items, free gifts, and final sale products are not eligible

Any sign of use, such as washing, tearing, or removal of tags and hygiene stickers, will make the item/s ineligible for a Return/Exchange/Refund.


Returns

All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit, delivered as a digital e-gift card. This store credit never expires and can be used on any item available on our website. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions before issuing store credit.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, in exceptional cases, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Ellamore Swim. If approved, the following conditions apply:

  • A 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers quality checks and restocking costs.

Do note that for all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, which must be completed using a trackable service. Return labels are not provided, and we are unable to reimburse shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offers only ONE free exchange per paid order. Once an exchange has been completed and delivered, the order cannot be exchanged again or refunded to your original mode of payment.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. If you receive an item that is: Damaged/Defective/Incorrect in color, size, or design

Please contact us at hello@ellamoreswim.com within 14 days, and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll get back to you within 2 to 4 business days with next steps.

Note: Items must still meet the general return conditions listed above. We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear or color fading over time.
