Order Matters

I change my mind. Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as your items have not been packed by our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order. Contact us here with your order number and request, as quickly as possible if you change your mind.

When will be order be shipped out?

Typically, orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. However, during festive/sales seasons, you might expect to see a slight delay.

I have received my order, the contents are wrong. What's next?

We are sorry to know that you received the wrong content. Drop us an email at hello@ellamoreswim.com , with your order number, and an image of what you received. Our team will assist you within 2 working days.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can I still have it applied?

As long as your items have not been packed by our warehouse, we can cancel your order, and you will be able to re-order with your discount code.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free express shipping with min. spend $70 via NinjaVan or SingPost. You should receive your items within 3 to 5 working days.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Once you place your order, your items will be packed within 24 hours, and picked up by the courier.

Please contact us here, if you have yet to receive your items 30 days for the day that it is shipped out.

My order has not been delivered. What's next?

Will a tracking number be provided?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided in your email. Should you not be able to find it, feel free to reach out to us at hello@ellamoreswim.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unwornunwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liners and tags must be intact
  • Sets must be returned together
  • Sale itemsfree gifts, and final sale products are not eligible

Any sign of use, such as washing, tearing, or removal of tags and hygiene stickers, will make the item/s ineligible for a Return/Exchange/Refund.

Do note that all approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping, which must be completed using a trackable service.

Can I return items that I purchased under sale?

Returns applied to only regular-priced items. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

All returns are in the form of store credits only. All returns will be refunded in the form of an e-Gift card. The Store credit does not expire, and may be used to purchase any items from our store. Please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued from the date that your return arrive our warehouse. Our team will have to check the items to make sure that it is not worn and used, and tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, in exceptional cases, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Ellamore Swim. If approved, the following conditions apply:

  • 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers quality checks and restocking costs.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, which must be completed using a trackable service. Return labels are not provided, and we are unable to reimburse shipping costs.
How can I request for an exchange?

To exchange your items, drop us an email at hello@ellamoreswim.com! We offers only ONE free exchange per paid order. Once an exchange has been completed and delivered, the order cannot be exchanged again or refunded to your original mode of payment.

My products are defective? What should I do?

Upon receiving your order, please check all of your products to check if the item(s) are in good condition. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item (colour/design/size), please contact us at hello@ellamoreswim.com first.

Do note that we are not liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or colour fade.

I have removed the hygiene seal/wash my items. Can I still return it?

Once the label/hygiene seal has been removed, or items have been wash, you will not be able to return your items. If your items doesn't meet our conditions as stated here, you will be subjected to a penalty fee 50% of the value of the items you purchased.

This requirement is set in place for hygiene purposes, and to ensure that the item is still in good and clean condition to put it back into our inventory.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a range of payment options - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also take store credit in the form of e-gift cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your items have not been packed by our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email as quickly as possible if you change your mind.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
